The "Clarke Trophy"
The Trophy was kindly donated by Chris Clarke in 2009.
It dates from 1913.
The plinth is made from New Zealand Black Walnut with a base coat of Sikkens Cetol HLS and is antifungal containing mould/algae inhibitors and also is microporous allowing the timber to breath. Further coats of Sikkens Cetol Filter 7 have been applied and have a UV filter added to the above formula.
